I’m a defense-technology executive with more than 20 years working at the intersection of military operations and cutting-edge technology. I currently serve as Senior Vice President of Solutions & Artificial Intelligence at Astrion, where I lead the data, analytics, and ModelOps lane for Layered Defense, Autonomous Warfare, and Integrated Fires, turning operational, test, and training data into decision-grade insight and fielded capability.
My work spans electronic warfare, Counter-UAS, integrated fires, autonomous systems, and multi-domain test & evaluation, along with the applied AI and ModelOps that make results auditable, reusable, and fast. Across my career I’ve led cleared, cross-functional teams and helped shape strategy and solutions for high-value defense programs.
Thought Circuit is where I think out loud about defense innovation, AI in national security, test & evaluation, and technology leadership, exploring ideas and challenging assumptions about where the field is heading.
Beyond the day job, my research on work-related stressors and turnover intentions among project engineers reflects my commitment to the human side of leadership. I believe exceptional results come from teams that are both technically skilled and personally fulfilled.
